Swelling in the legs is an indication that your kidneys are not balancing the sodium and the water level in your body. Swelling means the water is not getting into the Cell, water is sitting on the outside of the Cell. Magnesium will pull the water into the cells. What can you do?
Drink more water and sodium. Daily water intake is a must and proper amounts crucial for everyone
Turmeric Lemonade
Prep 10 min, drink warm or cold
Put in a Large pot:
- 2 tsp ground Turmeric
- 1inch x 1/2 inch knob of ginger
- Pinch Cayenne pepper
- 8 Basil leaves
- 1 Lemon
- 6 cups structured water
Pot of water on high, meanwhile, peel and cut ginger into lengths.
When water is just about to boil, reduce heat to simmer.
Timer = 10 min
Add Turmeric, Cayenne, ginger, stir with wooden or metal spoon.
At 6 min mark ad Basil and stir.
After 10 min simmering boil, turn off heat.
Cool and strain, add juice of lemon stir well.
Can drink right away.
Options add honey once cooled down. Hot water kills the nutrients in the honey
Store in glass jug not plastic, in fridge up to 1 week.
To clean any stains:1/2 water, 1/2 baking soda and warn to hot water
Home made Juice fir Blood Pressure
1/2 inch ginger finely grated
1 medium peeled Beetroot
Small handful Spinach
1 medium sized Carrot
1/2 Lemon
1/2 tsp Cinnamon or 1 drop Supper Cinnamon oil
1/8 Bilberry powder
1cup Structured water
Add ingredients into blender. Blend on high 45 sec.
Strain, squeezing out juice from pulp. DRINK
- 2-3 quarts a day for woman
- 3-4 quarts a day for men
When legs are swollen, sip it slowly throughout the day. A mouth full here and mouthfuls there. You must replace the water lost/used up each day.
PULP CAN BE ADDED TO YOUR SALADS OR USED AS A GARNISH

Can substitute ginger, Cinnamon or Bilberry with Apple slices, Mint or Citrus, Blueberries

GUT healing Vegetable Broth
4 Cloves Garlic
1 inch knob Ginger peeled
6 mushrooms
10 oz Cabbage
4 Carrots
Pinch Cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground Turmeric or 1 drop Turmeric Curcumin oil
1 tsp organic coconut oil
1 tsp Misio paste
8 cups structured water.
Bring to boil, simmer 1 hour. Cool, strain, drink 1 cup daily.

Apple Cider Vinegar/Orange Peel
Fresh Organic Oranges, Mason Jar, Apple Cider Vinegar
Peel oranges, add peels to fill jar, add Apple Cider Vinegar to cover over peels. Close with lid
Lable lid, date and name
Store in DARK cabinet 4-6 weeks. STRAIN
Take 1-5 drops daily, or as needed

A Delicious Drink
1 cup organic milk( coconut, or nut milk)
1 tsp Turmeric, ( Pinch Cayenne pepper)
1-2 Tsp coconut oil
1/2 Tsp Honey organic
In a pot add all ingredients except the honey
Slowly warm over low heat at least 10 min
Cool a bit, add the honey.
Relaxing and very good healing drink.
Home Made Detergent
2 cups washing soda
(Bake baking soda @400 degrees for 1-2 hours, untill grainy, on a baking sheet)
Helps remove iils, stains, and soften water.
Once cooked, cool.
Add 2 cups regular baking soda
2/3 cups Epson salts (softens fabric to remove dirt)
3 tblsp Salt ( natural purifier, keeps colors)
OPTION: add couple drops essential oil
Use 1tblsp per load
2 for heavy soiled
Will do up to 60 loads
Natural Booster Turmeric and Honey Wound Dressing
1/3 tsp Turmeric powder (add Pinch Cayenne pepper)
Mix directly into 1 Tblesp Raw Honey
Apply on Dressing, place on wound, bandage, keep it on and change out twice a day till healed.
