Home Made Juice for Blood Pressure

  • 1/2 inch ginger finely grated
  • 1 medium peeled Beetroot
  • Small handful Spinach 
  • 1 medium sized Carrot
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon or 1 drop Supper Cinnamon oil
  • 1/8 Bilberry powder 
  • 1 cup Structured water

Add ingredients into blender. Blend on high 45 sec.

Strain, squeezing out juice from pulp. DRINK and feel the effects within 3 hrs.

PULP CAN BE ADDED TO YOUR SALADS OR USED AS A GARNISH

Can substitute ginger, Cinnamon or Bilberry with Apple slices, Mint or Citrus, Blueberries 

Best results 1-2 cups a day
