- 1/2 inch ginger finely grated
- 1 medium peeled Beetroot
- Small handful Spinach
- 1 medium sized Carrot
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon or 1 drop Supper Cinnamon oil
- 1/8 Bilberry powder
- 1 cup Structured water
Add ingredients into blender. Blend on high 45 sec.
Strain, squeezing out juice from pulp. DRINK and feel the effects within 3 hrs.
PULP CAN BE ADDED TO YOUR SALADS OR USED AS A GARNISH
Can substitute ginger, Cinnamon or Bilberry with Apple slices, Mint or Citrus, Blueberries
Best results 1-2 cups a day
